GTC Member, Tony Decicco, recently served on two separate panels at the Black Duck Flight conference in Amsterdam on May 17, 2017. The first panel, “Managing Open Source Due Diligence: A 360 View” presented different perspectives on how to effectively manage open source due diligence and facilitate M&A transactions. The second, “Guiding Your Leadership on Open Source – Capturing Reward & Managing Risk” discussed tips for successfully engaging corporate leadership on embracing open source as a strategic weapon for business success.
Tony focuses on mergers and acquisitions, strategic development of patent portfolios, valuing and commercializing intellectual property assets, and licensing and other technology-related transactions. In addition, Tony oversees the firm’s computer code audit and due diligence practice and has extensive experience advising clients regarding the use of open source software.
