Morten Boyd is a licensing and contracts specialist based in GTC’s Los Angeles affiliate office. He is a member of the firm’s M&A and licensing practices and oversees the firm’s transactional due diligence function. Morten brings to GTC over 18 years of experience negotiating and documenting complex agreements, primarily in the media, entertainment and software industries. Since joining GTC, he has played a key role in over 100 M&A transactions, including over 70 in the software, telecommunications and information technology spaces. Morten is fluent in Norwegian and competent in other Scandinavian languages. He is rumored to have his own airplane.
