Andrew Poling focuses on M&A, intellectual property strategy, licensing, and other technology-related transactions for technology companies, with an emphasis on software, XAAS, information technology and data-driven businesses. Andrew works with a wide range of clients – from bootstrapped start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining GTC, Andrew held intern positions in the US Attorney’s Office, the Litigation Bureau in the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and Choate, Hall & Stewart’s IP Group. Before law school, Andrew was a software developer and database architect for Custom Learning Designs, Inc., where he designed, implemented and managed projects including e-learning websites, programs, and bespoke games. He holds a B.A. from Boston University in Computer Science and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. Andrew is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
