GTC Law Group Attorney Stas Zakharenko to Speak at PLI Data Law and AI Conference

GTC principal Stas Zakharenko will speak at the annual Practising Law Institute (PLI) Data Law and AI Conference in New York City on May 7.
His session, “Allocating Risk in Generative and Agentic AI: Data, Contracts, and Liability,” will explore how emerging AI technologies are reshaping traditional approaches to contractual risk allocation and liability.
Joining co-presenters Amir Ghavi and William A. Tanenbaum, Stas will discuss practical considerations for organizations navigating the evolving legal and commercial challenges associated with generative and agentic AI.
