GTC Counsel Erica Fishel to Present at AIPLA Annual Meeting

On October 30, GTC counsel Erica Fishel will present Patent Prosecution in the Age of AI at the American Intellectual Property Association (AIPLA) Annual Meeting.

During the session, Erica will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping patent practice from multiple angles. She will discuss how attorneys can use AI thoughtfully and responsibly in their own work, as well as the patent-related challenges and opportunities facing companies that are developing AI-enabled technologies or leveraging AI to create new products, improve existing technologies, and accelerate innovation.

Erica will also examine the evolving questions AI raises for patent prosecution and portfolio strategy, and what patent practitioners need to consider as they help clients navigate a rapidly changing technological landscape while integrating AI into their own practices.
