Position Requirements
- 1-7+ years of technology/software law experience from a leading law firm, in-house legal department or open source program office
- Degree in computer science or software engineering and/or experience in the software industry as a developer a plus
- Experience with open source software licensing review and compliance is a plus, including:
- Familiarity with common open source licenses
- Familiarity with software composition analysis tools (such as Synopsys/Black Duck and Flexera/Palamida/Revenera)
- Licensed to practice law in US
- Excellent written and oral communication
- High comfort level with work in a distributed professional environment and eagerness to actively build relationships
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent client service and management skills
- Ability to demonstrate professional discretion and sound judgment
- Must work well both independently and as a contributing member of our hardworking teams
- Passion and enthusiasm to learn and expand skill set
