Junshi Lu is a member of GTC’s M&A and Business and Technology Transactions groups. Junshi’s practice focuses on advising businesses with entity formation, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists businesses with their day-to-day legal needs, including data protection and privacy compliance, employment counseling, equity compensation plans, technology licensing, corporate governance and various commercial transactions with vendors, service providers, distributors and customers. Junshi has worked with businesses in a wide range of industries, including software, energy, consumer goods, life sciences and technology. He enjoys learning about his clients’ businesses and helping them achieve their best outcomes. Prior to GTC, Junshi was a member of the Corporate and Data Privacy & Security practice groups at Prince Lobel Tye LLP. Previously, he worked for Massachusetts Clean Energy Center as a legal fellow. Junshi holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, a M.A. in Applied Economics from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School and is fluent in Chinese.
