GTC Law Group & Affiliates’ Tony Decicco, Principal, presented a lecture at New England School of Law on April 16, 2021.  The lecture, titled “Legal Implications of Open Source Software” covered an introduction to IP law in respect of software, open source software 101, the impact of open source software on M&A and other transactions and approaches for navigating certain open source software licenses.
