GTC Law Group & Affiliates’ Tony Decicco, Principal, moderated a panel at the virtual FLIGHT Europe 2021 Conference on April 20, 2021. The panel, titled “A Practical Discussion on Open Source and M&A Due Diligence” addressed open source software and how it is increasingly difficult to realize the full value while managing the related compliance, security and other risks.
