Austin Robinson is a member of GTC’s M&A and Business Transactions groups. Austin has extensive experience and expertise in software license and SaaS agreements, commercial contract negotiations, and data privacy law. In law school Austin secured the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in Introduction to Intellectual Property. He also won the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s 2023 Intellectual Property Law Section Writing Contest for his article, Third-Party Consent in Arbitrating Trademark Disputes: Evaluating the Arbitrability and Impact of Trademark Assignment on Choice of Law Issues. Austin holds a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from Penn State Law.
