Since joining GTC, she has focused on building an operational foundation that allows the team to thrive—anticipating needs, solving complex challenges, and ensuring that talent management, technology, marketing, and vendor management run smoothly, while providing collaborative support to the finance team. With more than 25 years of management experience, including her tenure as Director of a multi-service nonprofit, Diane brings a seasoned perspective to firm operations and a genuine commitment to helping GTC succeed.
