Katie Coffman is a member of GTC’s M&A Business and Technology Transactions groups. While in law school, Katie spent three semesters interning at the Penn State Law Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, where she worked with startups and nonprofits engaged in a variety of different industries, assisting with entity formation and drafting transactional documents. Katie holds a B.A. from Monmouth University and a J.D. from Penn State Law.
