Kelly Smith is a prosecution optimization specialist and registered patent agent with extensive experience in all phases of patent prosecution. Prior to joining GTC, Kelly worked as a case manager and patent paralegal for Fish & Richardson PC where she managed the portfolios for numerous corporate and academic clients, and at Heller Ehrman LLP as a patent assistant. She holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Neuroscience and a B.A. in Human Development from the University of California, San Diego.
