Overview
Konrad helps technology companies protect what they’ve built and use their IP as a strategic asset. With a background in computer systems engineering and more than a decade of patent prosecution experience, including five years as a USPTO examiner, he brings a dual perspective that lets him anticipate how claims will be evaluated before a rejection ever arrives. His practice focuses on AI and machine learning, hardware design, cybersecurity, wireless systems, and software-intensive technologies, working with clients from early-stage startups to large enterprises managing global portfolios.
Konrad partners closely with engineers and in-house counsel to keep prosecution strategy aligned with business goals across the USPTO and international venues. His aim is to be a resource clients can reach without formality because the best IP strategy gets built in real time, alongside the technology it protects.
